Return Policy and Terms

  • We will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.
  • All products we sell come with a warranty (which will specific on that web page) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Customer only has to provide a $5.99 shipping charges for returning the product back to the customer.
  • After 30 days we do not exchange(defective item exception) or give refunds for any item we sell.
  • Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
  • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
  • Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA .
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
  • Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).
  • Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs and satisfaction guaranteed.
  • Any return or refund of product that cause the order to be below the free shipping category, customer is responsible for the original shipping charge.

20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange if the arrangement was process over 30 days. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise, which is caused by unpredictable circumstance. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which may only be issued by customer care at 626-288-8108. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.

All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
